They are quick to respond, Tom has been here 4 times for my dryer and my dogs don't even bark at him, they're like oh its Tom he's cool lol. He had the heating element in his truck and was here a very short time. yay now I have a working dryer again!!! thank you Tom.
I called them told them what was wrong and they came out charged me 75 dollars to tell me what I told them over the phone. then tried to charge me nearly double what the parts cost and an additional 73 dollars in labor. over 300 dollars to fix the door latch on my washing machine that cost 600.
Friendly, fast service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be working with them again.

We had purchased a dishwasher and when the old one was pulled out it had been leaking. The installer did not feel comfortable putting the new one in until the area was cleaned up and dried out. We called the next day and they rescheduled us for a couple of days later. The service we received was excellent!
