Love this place, they really do care, such great staff and great Dr.
Took rescue kittens to get checked out. It was my first time there and I loved it. 1. They allow their staff to show support for our men and women in blue �. 2. Everyone and I mean everyone is so nice and welcoming. They answer all of your questions. They take the time to listen to what is going on with your animal. 3. You can't beat the prices. Today we had to have our beautiful black lab, Nikki euthanized due to cancer, she was 11 years old. The technician Jason was so compassionate, gentle with her & reassuring to me. Your staff made this heartbreaking decision one that left me with a peace since I was able to be with her all the way until she was gone �
Dr Choi and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend taking your pet to them if ever needed. Dr Choi, without you and your staff helping us our Aurora dog would not be with us today! Thank you very much
I would like to say that Dr.Choi and his staff are the best of the best, I have 7 dogs that I raised myself and in all my years of animal husbandry both wild and domestic (I have worked for various gov. and private conservation groups for over 20yrs. retired now)I have not had the pleasure of having a vet like Dr.Choi to treat and love my animals which are in his care. Great staff. Vet needs to spend a little more time with client to answer questions if needed. Also little less noise like doors slamming etc. For nervous kitties in exam room...and holding area for pets needs to be away from all the hustle and bustle of this busy clinic.Since pets are already stressed being at clinic.. Perhaps a larger place? Besides my suggestions 5 stars to the caring staff that holds this place together....
I took my dog they're to get neuter got him in there at 8:30 and they told me that pickup will be around 3 I called at 2 to find out how he was doing and they still did not get to him yet.
What an incredible staff. Jason helped with our tortoise and was so kind and informative! This is the only place I'll ever go from here on out.
