I just had knee surgery today. The whole team that took care of me was kind, caring, and professional. In Pre-Op, Tabitha, Marcus, and Cricket made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions which helped with my fears. The anesthesiologist came and talked me through the procedure. I woke up feeling fine after surgery, not nauseous or woozy. Quick, kind, patient, respectful.
I feel sick to my stomach over the way I had been treated by a specific nurse after waking up from anastesia after my shoulder surgery. I woke up with many questions and pain from my IV. I was hushed up and told that I was unable to recieve news of my surgery. My doctor spoke to my husband and gave him some pictures before he left for another surgery.
