They never fix stuff around here. Been paying rent for 4 years and my house is falling apart and they lie to me and treat me this way. If they don't fix stuff soon I'll just move.
I was supposed to view a rent house when the address wasn’t taking me to the right location. The “little brother” who was supposed to be showing the house couldn’t help me locate the house and left before ever answering my messages and calls and proceeded to say the house is already rented out? When I called samara properties back the sister laughed about the situation and proceeded to say “he is young”. Please don’t waste your time!! :)
As far as landlords go they are decent, reasonable, and fair. I have rented from them for over 15 years now. They are Section 8 approved and will work it up to code to pass inspections. Cons: they are closed on weekends, so if you have an emergency leak or something you are SOL until next business day.
