This is not a one-time issue. The problems at this office are ongoing and systemic. From the front desk to the provider (Dr. Gibson), the environment is consistently disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly coordinated. Communication is routinely unclear or contradictory, appointments are mishandled, and basic standards of care feel inconsistent. I was referred to Dr. Samara Gibson by my trusted primary care provider because I specifically wanted to work with an African American female physician who could understand and address the pains and concerns I’m experiencing with possibly going through perimenopause/menopause. Front Intake needs refresher course.had to wait 2hrs for waiting rm. FIRST VISIT Dr Gibson ws apologetic,younger thN expected hopefully took care of problem.
Dr. Gibson is my girl. I have been seeing her for almost a year and she is very dedicated to her patients and she will fight for you if she needs to. Dr. Gibson comes highly recommended from me and I’m pretty sure from others as well. Give her a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed. A big shout out to Regina as well I can’t leave her out because makes sure you are good as well!
