The one star isn't for the doctor because I haven't seen her but I waited 8 months to see her as a new patient and canceled my appointment with her today due to someone in the office giving incorrect information regarding my out of pocket insurance cost. I just lost my job and just started medicare. I tried to get the appointment back but it was given away as I expected but I wanted to set up a new appointment and now the wait time is over 18 months out. That is craziness. I’ve been seeing Dr Epps for 5+ years and I truly love her. As an overweight person, it’s hard for me to find doctors who actually listen to me and treat me like a person. Dr Epps has always been so kind and respectful. She never pushes anything on me and always asks questions to investigate into my issues. She’s also really understanding about me having PCOS, she’s never once been like ‘just lose weight’ as a suggestion. I am so thankful for her!
Dr. McElroy is an amazing doctor!!! She listens and shows compassion which is so important! She’s not a pill pusher (which I love) and educates you on ways to get healthier naturally.
She’s excellent, and she listens to you and all Your Problems. I will always feel like a have been taken care when I leave her Office.
