Brisa is just wonderful. I struggle with anxiety and bouts of depression. She helped me work through things so that I can better cope and manage life. I cannot say enough good things about her! I would definitely recommend!

I literally cannot speak highly enough of Brisa. She has been my therapist for years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is caring so caring and compassionate. After speaking with her I always walk away feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She has this calm demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. I have bouts with depression and she seems to find a way to make them feel more manageable without sugarcoating. I am so grateful for her services!
I cannot recommend Brisa highly enough. She is truly dedicated to helping her patients. She lets me vent about difficult situations and experiences, and she is always empathetic, kind, and supportive. However, she doesn't stop there. As any good mental health professional should, she always gives me homework (because advice without practical application is useless). The homework is usually in the form of a challenge or task that is meant to reinforce what I've learned from our sessions. I have found these to be very helpful.... read more
I'm editing my two star review and changing it to a 3 stars after Brisa reached out to me to discuss my concerns. There's clearly an issue with the portal system the facility used when I met with counselors there (I was doing so via a telehealth system at the beginning of the pandemic). I was referred here through a friend who showed me on Instagram that they were offering $30 counseling sessions during the pandemic because a lot of people were experiencing emotional issues.
