More in depth review another time. But the manager needs to do something about the maintenance teams because it’s out of control. They, not all but most of them, are unnecessarily rude for no reason. Making weird faces for no reason or knocking very aggressively when they need to inspect it’s just overall rude. We all have bad days but don’t take it out on other people. Some have cursed to tenants as well. Treat tenants with respect.
I lived at Samara Apartments for three years, and it was honestly the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The property is well maintained, the environment is peaceful, and the management team is extremely professional and respectful.
