I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this mom & pop business. I called ahead and explained that I wanted a 925 silver bracelet dipped in rhodium. Wendy the sales rep said to bring it down so she can give a price determined on the size of the bracelet. Well I took the ride and showed her the bracelet, she inspected the bracelet and told me she can dip it for the price of $90 and it would take a week.
