I began seeing Ms. Toale while she was Mastermind clinic. After our first session on March 30th, we scheduled out next session for April 5th the following week. On March 31st, I was notified that Ms. Toale was leaving the clinic and our next appointment was cancelled. I never heard from Ms. Toale concerning a reschedule.
