Dr. Sheppard is amazing! I went to her when I broke my little toe. She was so nice and professional. Thank you so much!
Dr. Sheppard is absolutely amazing. She is caring, funny and has the best personality. I totally recommend her. Also her staff is always smiling and making you feel extremely welcome.
The front office staff and the back nursing staff were both quick and very polite. The doctor was friendly and had a great bedside manner. She knew what she was talking about and did not waste time getting to the point. I left feeling like my concerns were addressed and I was confident in the answers I was given. I did not feel rushed or like I was any sort of bother to the staff. I will also say that I am typically not an easy patient when it comes to feet or teeth.
