I have been a patient of Dr. Sheppard for years. Her staff is always friendly. Wait time is minimal. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time and explains everything and always takes care of my problems. Would highly recommend.

After just one visit, I am extremely impressed. Dr. Sheppard was wonderful. She was friendly and down to earth. I was embarrassed but she made me feel comfortable discussing my foot issue with her. Her office staff is just as amazing! All three front office staff ladies were polite, respectful and professional. I was greeted by name the moment I walked in and treated so kindly. That is rare these days. I happened to just randomly select a podiatrist online and I'm glad I made the right choice!
