I was very impressed with the Cincinnati Eye Institute facility. It is quite a large facility, and I feared I may get lost. However, from my initial conversation with the delightful people at the front desk, until I exited the building, I was accompanied by someone who took me from point A to point B for each area I needed to go. CEI IS A GREAT PLACE. Every one are friendly and kind know their job , BUT only comment that are not good is that my appt was 10:10 am I seen at least different person I know they have to get me ready before I see the dr but no follow up how we doing while I’m in the waiting rm , I am diabetic I don’t eat breakfast I’m scared to leave the rm they might call me and I’m not around I got done at 1:30 I was really scared that my sugar will go down , but other than that it was ok
