Excellent cleaning quality, fantastic cleaners. More expensive than other cleaners I've had, but it seems to be a "you get what you pay for" kind of situation. Everything from booking, scheduling, reminders, invoicing, payment - handled with professional software, very convenient. They brought their own supplies and equipment, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt like a very professional setup.
They ask for a tip on their billing platform. At $78.00/hr they are a professional service. Professional services state their rate ahead of time and then get it. They aren't some minimum wage service where their workers can barely pay rent, or if they are then the company is pocketing all the money. I liked their employees, but this is just so unprofessional. We were extremely pleased with the job from Samantha's did at our house in prep for our move. The team was professional, courteous, and thorough. We would certainly recommend Samantha's Cleaning to others. It was a job very well done indeed.
