Dishonest place of business. My daughter went for an exam and was sneakily billed for "therapy" that she never received. They refuse to correct the matter, stating the billing codes are correct; however there are no billing codes for services not received. I will/have gladly paid for services received, but have a moral problem paying for this. Shame on them to correct the matter. Be prepared for extra billing from this place.
The entire staff at this office is to be commended. They are very accomodating, compassionate, knowledgeable and welcoming!
Dr. Rosen is so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. You are in great hands with her!!! She has taken such amazing care of my sweet girl and helped with her exotropia.
