I highly recommend this plumbing service. After getting a notice from the city in Austin about roots found in our sewer line during routine maintenance, we called the plumbers to check things out with a camera and clean out the pipe. During the inspection, they found some important issues and suggested replacing our old clay sewer pipe. Great service! I had a clogged main sewer line at my home for the second time in about six months. Since I was really happy with the work done before, I called Mendez Family Plumbing & Electrical again. The last job came with a six month guarantee, so there was no charge this time. Even though it was a Sunday, Miguel showed up right on time. He was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. The blockage was cleared quickly with no mess or hassle. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

I scheduled an appointment for a plumber in Austin to snake a drain line. They gave me their hourly rates ahead of time, which seemed fair and reasonable. Miguel showed up right on time and got started quickly, answering all my questions as he worked. Mendez Family Plumbing & Electrical was fantastic! We had a big water leak hidden inside our walls, which was damaging our floors and sheetrock along one side of our house. Miguel and Billy showed up and quickly figured out what was wrong. In just about 10 minutes, they found the issue and started searching for the broken pipe, which ended up being outside.
