I met Samantha because she listed an apartment I was looking at and quickly signed a lease on. We connected immediately! When I decided to move to a larger place the following year, she helped me immensely in the tight shore town market. I have an ESA (emotional support animal/pet) and while it is not legal to deny an lease applicant due to having an ESA, it is easy to find alternate excuses to not accept one's application. Just sold today! Samantha was great! She’s patient, understanding and was our advocate, looked out for us when we didn’t even realize it. Samantha pulled out her tool kit, climbed on a step ladder and installed new smoke detectors, gate locks, whatever was needed that she could do she did, she kind of felt like family.
