I have been using Dr. Samantha Parker and have had nothing but great experiences! I started coming here about 6 months ago for a general health check up. There were a few issues where her provider office took the time to contact my insurance for in network providers and scheduled me appointments with specialists! I was also recently in a car accident where I’ve had a couple visits and I feel like I am getting the best help possible. The whole staff has just been amazing!
Sam is a fantastic NP! She listens and works with her patients for the most desirable outcome. The staff members are friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend!
I would give ZERO stars if I could. What kind of a place schedules you an appointment and then after a one hour wait, offers no explanation and the clerk is snarky with her remarks and is a total jerk. My daughter waited forever to get this appt and then this happens!!! When she ask do I need to reschedule the girl remarks we don't have anything for another 3 weeks and then my daughter said "can I get my co-pay back" and the girl says I will call finance and then said I will shred your paperwork.
