Samantha is knowledgeable, experienced and also compassionate. She was really amazing to work with and always had my families interest in mind.

My home was unique...a manufactured home on its own lot in a park. Sam jumped right in to research how best to market the property and learn what was legally different. She always kept me informed and explained my options at different stages. She truly was never more than a phone call away and always dealt with whatever came up immediately. Most informed and attentive agent I've worked with in buying and selling 10 homes. She will be your best advocate no matter which side of the equation you are on!
