My experience with Dr. McLean couldn't possibly be better. She quickly listened and checked everything I needed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt prioritized and like my health was important to her.
The visit itself was fine. However, I was seen on a friday, by Wednesday the next week I still had not heard regarding results. I had to call urgent care and the lab and urgent care again to find out where my results are. I was told by urgent care that they were waiting on results, I was told by the lab that they had sent results, then I was told by urgent care that the lab didn't do the tests that were ordered. So I have to wait another day or two to get results that should have been back within 2 or 3. I am not impressed w... read more
