Disappointing and highly unprofessional behavior exhibited by this healthcare facility. I set up a telehealth appointment for 3:30. I received numerous reminders of said appointment. I had the telehealth app open, waiting several minutes before 3:30. It is now 4:00. No one has called me. Their phone numbers go to voicemail every time (and have been the last 4 days).
