I was very disappointed to find out that I can no longer see Dr. Kraly. When I called to schedule an appointment, I spoke with Courtney, who informed me that because I canceled an appointment back in 2023, I am now considered a new patient. Unfortunately, Dr. Kraly does not accept new patients. This was heartbreaking to hear, as I truly valued Dr. Kraly’s care. Because of this experience, I am giving one star.
Started seeing Dr Kraly after Dr Glock retired. I was so afraid to start seeing a new physician but Dr Kraly was comforting. She listened to all my complaints and I never felt uncomfortable. She discussed everything and then offered a treatment plan, but then Baptist dropped my insurance!! I am hoping they change their mind and accept my Medicare BC.
Easy to talk to and puts you at ease seems to be intelligent and confident in her communication
Dr. Kraly is a very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind doctor. She is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Kraly stays on top of the latest medical news and issues. My wife and I are very confident in and comfortable with Dr. Kraly. We trusy her.
