Let me start off saying Samantha is such an awesome realtor that literally I've been blown away. I've met many many realtors, due to my husband's line of work, and I've never met a realtor like Sam. She was so professional, deeply cared about me and my family's needs like it was her family. There was not a need or desire that was not met. Samantha was on top of everything throughout the entire process. In a very competitive market (dang right 🔥 to be honest), Samantha covered it all.She worked with every business entity involved from the sale to the purchase. Holy cow! How did you get your clients such an incredible deal! In a such a strong seller's market you manage to negotiate and navigate to get your clients into a home at a great deal without having to pay over or even sign an appraisal waiver. Incredible!
