Before I established Care with Jean Sisters practice, I asked them if they are in network with my insurance and gave them all the applicable information to check, they replied that they are in network with my insurance, which would imply that I only pay my $25 co-pay whenever I have a doctors visit. Later on while checking the webpage for my insurance, I noticed a claim from Jean Sisters practice that was billed out of network.
