I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife Nancy. Earlier this month Nancy received a letter from Dr Collins office stating she'd be leaving and her last day was Sept 2nd which is labor day. On Friday morning August 23rd my wife Nancy was not feeling well and called Dr Collins office hoping to see her one last time. VERY NICE DOC.SHE TRYING TO HELP ME GET IT TOGETHER! HAPPY SO FAR. BUT WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR I HAVE EMPHAZIMA,PULMONARY DISEASE AND COPD. MY OLD DOCTOR (FROM ASCENSION (NEXT TO HOSPITAL) DID TEST AND NEVER TOLD ME I HAD THESE THINGS GOING ON..PLUS DR.
