This practice has very odd policies, be careful. If you are traveling out of state and need a few days of a medication, they will not support it. Nothing across state lines. They also won’t support writing prescriptions for very routine requests that other PCPs do. Dr. Samantha Cooper rushes you in and out and doesn’t really seem interested in your overall well being; more interested in turning patients. I wouldn’t recommend.
Dr.Samantha was my first PCP when I moved to Dallas. In 2020 I visited her and had no issues. She and her staff treated me well.
Referred by my gynecologist. Unfortunately, I won't be returning . . . extremely condescending and patronizing. I'd give her a 0 if possible.
Please read prior reviews before scheduling. She and most of the office staff are so rude. The MA that works with her has a horrible attitude and is like that with every visit. Dr. Cooper lacks empathy or concern which is also the same for every visit. When I had my appointment she was looking at her nails for our entire 4 minute visit. She didn’t even perform a physical assessment on me even though she put in her notes that she did lol. Please go to another provider and not here. She is the worst doctor I’ve ever gone to.
This "family practice" is one of the worst healthcare facilities I have ever experienced. From start to finish, the environment is unprofessional, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a PCP consider going elsewhere. 1.
