Dr. Samantha is really one of the best doctor's in DFW. Reading some previous reviews, it really surprises me up. People need to understand that doctor's are human too with there own problems in life and sometimes we're into our own problems and pains that we think our doctor will just instantly listen to us. Leaving a poor review about a doctor is just insane, especially someone who goes through there 11 years of education journey. My experience with her was absolutely great and I recommend her 10/10.
I was referred to Dr. Cooper following an ER visit, and my experience was disappointing. She came across as rude and judgmental, and her bedside manner was lacking. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling more hopeless than before. Communication was difficult, and I struggled to reach her when I had questions about the new medication she prescribed. We both love Dr. Cooper! She is so patient and caring. She makes a stressful visit so much easier.
I am baffled by some of the reviews on here. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to set the record straight after coming across some of the feedback which I feel is completely unwarranted. It’s easy to ascribe malice to things that one doesn’t understand, such as a discipline like medicine- one that requires several years of schooling.
