Samantha was an all-around pleasure to work with but two things really stood out to me as exemplary: 1) she is incredibly responsive; whether early morning or late night, she is only a text message away and would respond instantly. It was a reassuring and comforting touch in a process that can often be stressful and uncertain. 2) Samantha is transparent.
