Since the very first visit with Dr. Avery I was extremely impressed with her attentiveness and ability to explain in detail any questions or concerns that I had. She is able to break things down so that you have a clear understanding of what steps need to be taken to resolve any health issue. She is very professional but always caring and has an upbeat personality. It is a pleasure to be one of her patients and I would recommend her to family and friends.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Avery for years, so there wasn't a decision for me when my primary wanted me to see a cardiologist.. Thankfully, I had no serious problems. Still, I felt that she was extremely knowledgeable and calming. She had some excellant advice and suggestions , even as far as diet and vitamins. It felt more like a friend conversation and I didn't feel rushed at all. The entire office staff was awesome!
Awesome cardiologist. Dr. Avery will give you the straight story, let you know where you stand, and help guide you to the best outcome possible. She is a true professional with a great sense of humor to boot! A great doctor by any measure.

Went for second cardiology opinion and am so thankful that I found Dr. Avery. It was clear that she had reviewed my medical records and tests before coming into the room for first appointment.
