Sometimes when you have such a wonderful experience, you have to take the time to share it with others. Dr. Allen's office was clean and very organized. We were quickly seen, and treated with courtesy and respect by all the staff members. Eduardo Reina, at the Joe DiMaggio ENT office, demonstrates empathy, efficiency, and exceptional verbal communication skills. He is an incredible listener and truly goes above and beyond. I greatly appreciate his follow through and his promptness to reach resolutions fairly between the patient and office.
