Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t pick up their phone and they will have you sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour. Go somewhere else that will value your time and your kids time.
I had no problem with the office staff, they were lovely. However, I cannot reccomend Dr Samadi. Dr Samadi made countless assumptions about me, that even after I corrected them, he persisted with. He then would not test me for strep (even thought that was what I was a there to talk about). He sent me on my way with antacids, insisting my issues were from acid reflux and did nothing to address my primary concerns for coming in. Horrible experience. Waste of time and money. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
Dr samadi is amazing very friendly and professional
Avoid this place. Manager and a women on the staff are so rude. This office is about money not patients.
They need to do better with scheduling patients. The wait time can range anywhere from an hour to more than.the Doctor is great but not the wait time
