they need to fire racist who work for them. employees and management are comfortable with their black coworkers being put in hostile work environments.
Employee first of all shouldn't be on social media during work hours on a company computer. Secondly, The owner has the audacity to be rude and unconcerned about racism in the work environment. If you care about all people no matter the ethnicity, you should avoid this place at all cost.
If any people of color are using this place cease immediately and file a complaint. We have to support each other and let them know racism will not be tolerated. No more second chances. No apologies.
