Sama is one of the hippest spots in SB. Creative cocktail menu, really good food & cool ambience + back patio. Try the jidori chicken wings and gado gado salad.
Always a pleasure and an experience. I've thrown parties on the back patio to rave reviews. They made up drinks to go with the theme of the party! Usually ask Josh what to eat, but I've never had anything here that wasn't short of WOW. NY quality cuisine.

I live in NYC and this place blew my mind!! Nothing short of amazing!!! I'd go backto SantaBarbara just to go here again!
Food was decent. Service was extremely slow on a Saturday night. It took 45 minutes just to get my drink. I hope this was an isolated event. But I definitely will not be back. Too many great restaurants in Santa Barbara.
Amazing food! We let our waiter picked the food for the 8 of us and he didn't disappoint. Everything was delish.
Great spot!!! Faves, tempeh tacos, noodle dish!!! Will go back ASAP!
