Lack of accountability. Every time an issue arose, Sama Builders was quick to blame others rather than fix the problems. The lack of responsibility made the whole process stressful.
Would not hire again. From delays to messy work sites and poor customer service, this experience with Sama Builders was nothing short of disappointing. Avoid if you value professionalism.
Overpriced for subpar work. The quality of materials and construction was far below what we expected for the price. Definitely felt like we were overcharged for shoddy results.
