best real estate in town!!!!!
me and my husband was looking for a house the second time around after all our ducks were in a row, and in the green!! we went to Brian Barron and he was the most helpful agent ever. he took us to look at homes all on a saturday and we had a contract monday. was moved in within the month! he is good!! highly recommend him. he dosen't BS you around,like other agents do.

Fantastic Service
I recently worked with Brian Barron, the head realtor for Meineke Real Estate, when my husband and I were looking to buy our first home. We didn't have a lot of money to put down nor did we have perfect credit, but Brian was able to get us into the home we wanted at a price we could afford. He walked us through every step of the way, was patient with us when we were indecisive (and by "we" I me myself!), and most importantly, was honest with us about what we could and could not expect with our budget limitations. Brian has a great sense of humor and managed to turn long days of house hunting into entertaining adventures, which really minimized the stress of the situation. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to get into a new home, he is without a doubt a master of his trade.

After you sign agreement, they don't do the work!
I began working with one of their real estate agents back in September. In order to work with her, she said we had to sign a Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement. She hasn't done any real work since then and the overall process has taken longer due to her bad connections. She has only gone with us three times to go look at houses, which I found on HAR.com. I recently found a builder that I liked and signed the contract on the house. Now, she gets $5,000 commission when she did none of the work!
