Great experience renting here! No issues with the leasing agents, the move in/application process was quick & fairly easy & the apartment was clean upon move in. I’ve lived here almost a year & maintenance requests are responded to quickly & walls are sound proof, so you don’t really hear the other tenants.
Horrible experience with renting here. Was woken up many times after working night shift to have “maintenance” come in to replace doors and other things that were broke from previous renter. Bought wrong doors never changed. Come to move out day and we got charged for the doors because it was noted they were changed. Rent our apartment early and was charged a fee in which weren’t told about until move out. Landlord didn’t give any help. Paid last electric bill and water bill to be told we need to have our service for longer ... read more
