I ordered a bed cover for my pickup. It arrived the next day and I was immediately scheduled for service. They told me it would take 45 min to install. They completed it in 30 min. They took great care of my vehicle and I love the product.
These guys are true professionals. They gave me a fair quote and once the work was finished they called me right away. The job took them less time than expected so they knocked about $75 off the original quote. Good dudes here!
Update: After the posted review, a new replacement has shown up 2 weeks after publication. I'm not entirely sure what went on with the delay with the manufacturer, but sam T evans did finally throw some pressure on the rep. While it's still been a headache of a process that has drawn on far too long for a warranty, I'm happy to have it taken care of, just wish it had gone a little more seamless.
