If I could give Sam more than 5 stars I would!! He was so helpful through this whole process, being a first time home owner selling my condo, I had a lot of questions. He was always very prompt and never left me hanging with unanswered questions. Despite some speed bumps with a couple buyers, Sam stayed positive and worked hard to get dialed in on a good/fair price and gave me all the reassurance. Even with a new born, Sam was a rocks star!
