I had been seeing a different hair stylist and I was so frustrated with her not listening to me and having my hair damaged. I found Sam and have never been as happy as I am now! She listens to what I want and doesn’t rush to finish the job. She has passion and pride in her work which is important and I will not go to anyone else ever!
Sam was lovely! She was very attentive to my cut the whole time (short hair does require a lot of precision, and her focus was very reassuring). She was also very communicative, without trying to force conversation. And it was nice to be there without having to talk all the time. She was AMAZING at giving instructions for what products to use AND the technique needed to style my very fine, thin hair, and I left feeling the most confident not only in my haircut, but in my ability to re-create the perfect style again later.
