I arrived at Sam Snead tire on Saturday July 29 to inquire about repair of a bent Axel on my 1997 Lincoln Town car limousine. Upon my arrival 3 " mechanics" began to inspect, touch and attempt to open the rear passenger doors to the limo in the fashion of having never seen one before. Time being an issue, and no one asking how they could help I gained their attention and asked if they could repair the issue. I took my car to a place in the "area" to get my tires rotated and balanced about 2 weeks ago. After driving my car on the interstate later that day, I noticed my car starting shaking in the front end. I didn't want to take my car back to a place that had already messed it up once, so I called Allen at Sam Snead Tire and he made the process so quick and convenient. Allen came and picked my car up at work and brought it back later that day! That means a lot to a working mother! Thanks again!
A belt came loose while we were on the interstate. Car load full of people, tow truck couldn't haul all of us. They came picked us up and got us back on the road. Honest, friendly & good work. Very pleased.
