Rented here for a number of years and the experiences were extremely unprofessional, and the complex overall poorly maintained. Electrical issues caused a late night phone call to the property “manager” who advised me not to call that late again; when said issue was in a common area used by all tenants and could of started a fire. My family rented from Sam Snead reality and the experience with their so called "property manager " was horrible. We had multiple issues that either weren't addressed or took weeks to be resolved. The grass was never mowed at a decent time. There were times that the grass was so tall we ended up with a flea infestation and I couldn't let my daughter play outside.
