Sam was an amazing resource in helping my wife and I buy our first home. He knew we wanted to move quickly and was plenty willing to match our pace. Sam is the best! We switched to Sam right before Thanksgiving and were thinking it'll take at least 3-4 months to get our condo sold. Sam and his team worked diligently to get many showings for us from November to December, the toughest winter months in Chicago and around the holidays.
