Sam and team did a wonderful job for our family. We were out of state for the duration of our home sale, and they handled everything (even finding a repair person when our furnace needed a quick fix). They were professional, responsive, attentive, made us feel confident throughout the process. Sam and his team was awesome. We bought and sold our house with him 5 years apart and he went above and beyond for us both times. Selling our house was complicated with extra streps due to a special assessment. He organized open houses, secured seven offers within 48 hours, had them improve their offer without us asking.
