Absolutely ruined my rims. They cost $880 in damage and not only that, I only noticed because when I got my car, my TPM sensor went off. I checked the tire pressure of all four tires they just installed, and not only were my stem caps missing, but the psi for each tire was 50, 47, 36 and 31 at cold. The factory calls for 30 psi all the way around. They also tried to hide the damage by covering with a black rubbery residue. Charles the mechanic for Sam’s Tires charged me to change the valve cover gaskets, I had to buy gasket & guess what he didn’t change them. But he sure took money & told me how hard it was that it was a tough job, etc, however he never even touch the nuts, still covered in black. I called him then he lied & said the other mechanic was lying that he did it. I was with the other mechanic who heard all of his lies. If you want to get scammed go to Sam’s Tires. I will be filing a complaint against them with Better Business Bureau... read more
