I've been doing business with Sam Smucker & Sons Inc for over 40 years. As a real estate property manager, I know a lot of roofing, window & siding contractors and none are better than Sam Smucker & Sons in quality of work, professionalism, and follow up after the job is done. They stand behind their work and in the rare instances when I needed to call them back they responded quickly and took care of my concern. You may pay a bit more for a job done by Sam Smucker & Sons, but you will find that it is well worth it!!!

The overall quality of the work they did was good. However their business practices since then have been highly unprofessional. In June 2012 I contacted the company to discuss some holes in gutters that were installed in 2005. The company representative promptly came to check out the problem. I was told that they would be willing to do the repair work. I was pleasantly surprised when the representative offered to do the work for no charge as I was more than willing to pay for the work.
