One of those kid of guys – Plumbers can't break a sewerline. I had mine replaced and research this topic alot. You called this company out to find out what was wrong with your sewer line. he tried to clear your line and broke his cable off in your line because, it was one of two things, full of roots or broken. You use the legal system so this company could pay your bill for YOU being a home owner. SHAME ON YOU
I would not recommend Sam Simko to anybody. He was hired to clear a sewer line blockage and he negligently broke and got his cable stuck in my sewer line. He could not remove his cable and I had to hire another company for $1800 to remove his cable. I sent him a certified letter demanding reimbursement for the additional, unnecessary expenses and he did not respond.
