I just tried Sam’s for the first time, and had a great experience. Food and beverage quality was great excellent, very nice breakfast sandwich. It was fresh and nicely prepared. Kiosk ordering makes it easy to customize your selection. Very nice and kind guy, it was a pleasant visit for take-out. The atmosphere is plenty nice. My wife and I stopped in today, and from the moment we sat down, the tables were sticky and didn't seem like they'd been properly cleaned. Then, to make things even worse, I found a hair in my sandwich. That completely ruined my appetite. What really upset me, though, was listening to the way the owner spoke to one of the employees.
