i just want to say this place deserves more than 5 stars. i drove three hours from out of state to pick up my 2014 honda civic and i really could not be happier with my car. Anythony waited 3 hours after they closed for me to make sure i got into my car. these guys really took care of me and my needs and i greatly appreciate it. Bought a beautiful car for my daughter thank to Sam’s auto
My original interaction seemed good but the experience since has been far from. I received a temporary registration while waiting for my NY state title and plates. Well that temporary tag has since expired and this dealership refuses to issue another even though I am now unable to drive the vehicle I purchased. I went to NY DMV in an attempt to get some sort of proof of registration in order to continue driving but they say they have no record of the vehicle being registered.
