RecommendedSam Russell's took wonderful care of my kitty while gone for a week! Even with her separation anxiety, she was happy, healthy, and calm when we picked her up. Would recommend this place for any pet stay!
Sam Russell's is the best !!! I love all the staff.They truly care about my pet and always keep me informed if she has any changes while under there care. They have went above and beyond for my puppies needs more than once !! I had a family emergency yesterday and couldnt pick her up from daycare and they boarded her for me last minute and took care of all her needs. We will never take her anywhere else. We have lived in Kentucky for 3 months now and have boarded three dogs and a Cat with them for two of the months (different occasions) the staff is extremely friendly and they are great with all the animals! I would not board my dogs with anyone else
Absolutely the GREATEST!!! I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if allowed. I have lived all over the USA 🇺🇸 and Japan. I spent 21 years in the Air Force and have had fur babies for over 50 years. I have NEVER been to a place as efficient, spotless, compassionate, and organized as Sam Russell’s. My babies LOVE 💕 coming for day care to play and just be spoiled. They spoil my Maggie and Violet so much that as soon as I turn onto Tunnel Hill they start to whine. Maggie and Violet can’t wait to come back to daycare!
They are awesome! The people are so nice and knowledgeable. I truly believe they care about our fur babies!
Everything Dogs, great caregivers
Many thanks to Gabriella at Sam Russell's for making special arrangements for my Izzie. Izzie is older, blind & deaf and Gabriella changed her accommodations to be with her sibling and I was able to go on my trip feeling much more relaxed because I knew they would be together. Because of availability, they were originally scheduled to be in separate small kennels. When I picked Izzie up, she seemed perfectly content and not at all stressed. Ziggy loves going to daycare!!! He comes home happy and tired!! The facility is clean and welcoming!
My husband had an appointment 2 months in advance at this place today and he called Sam Russell’s several times leading up to the appointment to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed and they want to tell my husband they can’t groom his service dog because he doesn’t have a flu shot! Poor service of this place! They pressure people to give their pets shots that more than likely aren’t even really needed. I know for a fact that other groomers do not require this shot!
