I had Sam Pollard and sons install a new heating and air unit in new residential construction. After about 6 months after the install I began to get water in some of the runs that distribute air through out the house. I reported this to steve who works in the office. It took them about 3 months to send someone out and to replaced the run which had the build up of water but never fixed the actual problem of how the water was getting in the runs to begin with.
