Just purchased our 5th vehicle from Sam Pierce and couldn't be happier. Dealt with Jeff Winningham each time and he's absolutely fantastic. Rob in the business office has been great too, as well as everyone at the dealership. Couldn't get a out the door price from them for a battery replacement. Offering a promotional deal for 219.95, fine print says taxes not included, and depending on car, could be more. So I asked, came back saying 219.95. I said are you sure, they came back saying here's the formula for sale tax. So telling a customer to do math, can't tell me the simple straight answer for a battery replacement? Yeah no, I'll find a different dealer. Can simply buy it cheaper and do it myself if I have to.
