This review is for 5 Star Ford Parts. After trying to find parts for my truck on two previous occasions, I’ve pretty much given up on ever getting a live human being on the phone for parts…. Or a callback. What you do get is a voicemail for “Carlos at 5 Star Parts”. Neither “Carlos” nor anyone from parts ever responds to voicemails. Not a great way to run a business.
Great service department and great turn around time. They contacted me everyday that they had my car and gave me an update.
Awesome experience today with Cameron at 5 Star Ford! I have bought multiple vehicles with 5 Star and they continue to deliver incredible service both in the sales and the service dept! We will be back!!
